Welcome to October Road
October Road is one of suburban Chicago's premier junior high rock bands. While just formed in the fall of 2010, each of the band's members have been playing for many years and are accomplished musicians in their own right. Their love of music and desire to play with other musicians who share the same passion came together through The Academy at The Music Gallery in Highland Park, Illinois and the band hasn’t looked back since.
Currently October Road is focusing on refining their skills as a band while playing covers by classic, progressive and alternative rock bands such as Led Zepplin, Rush, Guns N’ Roses, Green Day, Bon Jovi and Paramore and they plan to begin working on original material shortly. The band has several live shows lined up over the next few months and are currently booking future performances - come out and see us!
